Did you know?
50 percent of
Americans do not
receive regular
oral health care
Your first visit to our office will not be like any other visit to the
dentist you've had.
You will first get a tour of our office and meet our team. You will
then get to sit down in a private office with Dr. Randall and talk
about some of your expectations from us and any other health
related issues you may have. Only after you feel comfortable that
we will exceed you expectations, will we seat you in the treatment
room and begin you New Patient Experience.
We will update your radiographs, the hygienist will take your blood
pressure, perform a soft-tissue exam, measure your gums and
clean & polish your teeth. Then Dr. Randall will perform a
comprehensive oral evaluation. She will review your radiographs,
do a hard-tissue exam and diagnose any treatment that may be
needed. She will then review everything with you and answer any
questions that you have.
Upon checkout, if you have treatment diagnosed, you will receive a
treatment plan that outlines the number of visits to complete your
work, the fees for each procedure and the amount your insurance
company has estimated that they will cover for each procedure.
We will then be happy to schedule you at your next convenient time.
If you would like to make an appointment for a New Patient
Experience, please call our office at (317)578-2533 and one of our
team members will be glad to help you!
